3.75mm dia.14mm long variable screw Implant. The Quantum Anterior Cervical Plate is intended for anterior screw fixation to the cervical spine. It is to be used in skeletally mature patients as an adjunct to fusion of the cervical spine (C2 to T1). The system is indicated for use in the temporary stabilization of the anterior spine during the development of cervical spinal fusion in patients with: • degenerative disc disease (as defined by neck pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by patient history and radiographic studies), • spondylolisthesis, • trauma (i.e. fractures or dislocations), • tumors, • deformity (defined as kyphosis, lordosis, or scoliosis), • pseudarthrosis, • failed previous fusion, • spinal stenosis

The Model 2200P-47E Posterior Lead is provided sterile for implantation. It is a flexible lead that contains bipolar platinum/iridium tip and ring electrodes with an insulated lead body. Electrical current is delivered to the tip electrode which is implanted to be in contact with the posterior trunk of the vagus nerve to block nerve signals. The ring electrode is placed in contact with the stomach to measure lead impedance. Sutures are used to anchor and stabilize the lead placement. The lead is connected to the implanted Rechargeable Neuroregulator. The Posterior Lead contains a white stripe along the lead body, a white suture tab, and a white coating on its' conductor cables to distinguish it from the Anterior Lead.

Juicebox is an optional accessory to facilitate catheter tip rotation when using a compatible Avinger catheter. It consists of a handle with a Rotation Toggle Switch and a Release Button. Juicebox is designed to be placed over the catheter handle. This accessory is irradiated for sterility and is intended for single use only. When Juicebox is properly placed over a catheter handle, it locks into place. Depressing the Rotation Toggle Switch activates the power for rotation in either the clockwise or counterclockwise directions. The Release Button releases Juicebox so that it can be removed from the catheter handle. The Juicebox is an optional accessory that may be used to facilitate catheter tip rotation when using a compatible Avinger catheter.

  • Torque manipulation device
A hand-held surgical instrument, formed in the shape of a tube, used to provide dissection while controlling intraoperative bleeding, and for the removal of debris/fluids, during ear/nose/throat (ENT) surgery. The device is connected to the tubing of a suction system at the proximal end and there is an opening at the working end through which the suction is applied to the site. The distal end is typically shaped as a rounded, flat blade, allowing the two functions to be applied simultaneously. It will have fingertip suction control and eliminates the need for a separate suction tip. It is made of metal and comes in various shapes and sizes. This is a reusable device.
